Has anyone heard about this? A mother of a 13 month old baby was shot in the leg when a 14 and 17 year old tried to rob her. She said she didn’t have anything while she was pushing her baby in a stroller down the road. So they shot her..then tried to shoot her in the face but it grazed the left ear. Then they shot her baby in the face and killed it.
What would you do if you were the judge in this case?
